"Occasionally, we all meet cynics who say things like "Why bother with the Excellence Model? What will it do for the bottom line?"

Although you cannot submit use of the EFQM Model to a rigorous cost benefit analysis, a lot of research has been done over recent years which consistently shows a strong correlation between use of the Excellence Model and improved financial performance and overall organisational health.
