Louise Ebbs’ presentation to the CQI Branch organised event Thursday, May 19 2011.
In her ‘journey’, she took as an analogy a train route from Liverpool to Scarborough [about 143 miles] then converted them to “EFQM / NoEE Award Points”, the 1000th point being at Scarborough, to illustrate where they achieved on their “Excellence Journey”; in equivalent terms, 675 points on last year’s NoE Excellence Award being equivalent to the vicinity of York on the journey to Scarborough.
